There is no need to be an experienced Ashtanga Yoga practitioner. Whether you are interested in learning the method or already have a regular practice, these days are for you.
By practicing silence, you will be able to focus fully on yourself, your practice and inner world.
LOCATION:
The beautiful Neue Welt Naturhaus is located in Bavarian nature and the perfect place to take a step back from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The house has a pool and an outdoor sauna, is electro smog free, built from natural materials and has a large garden to wander around and find peace in nature.
THE FOOD:
The regional, organic and vegan / vegetarian food is a dream! We fuel up with a delicious brunch after morning practice. During the afternoon there is the option for vegan cake / soup / fruits. In the evening there will be early dinner buffet. We practice mindful eating, showing gratitude to nature’s fuel and enjoying it silently. If you have any intolerances, make sure to let the house know before arrival.
